Get Rich Quick (?)

Anordo sighed and let himself be led to the inn. It was quiet, and the only person in sight when he entered the inn was a man dressed in simple brown robes. Nondescript, with a short beard. The man rose when Anordo and the girl entered.

"Greetings, good sir!" said the man with a flourish of the hands. "I bring you great tidings of good fortune. How would you like to be rich?"

"See?!" exclaimed the girl.

Anordo did see, he saw a charlatan, a huckster, a carpetbagger. He didn't believe the man for one second. However, it would do no harm to break up a boring day of... whatever he did for a living to humor the situation. "I figure I could go for that," Anordo said stoically. "Tell me more."

"Absolutely!" said the man with a huge grin, and he leapt upon the table with an agility that belied his appearance. "You see, I have a huge opportunity for you! Everyone in this village will be rich beyond their wildest dreams! All you have to do is..."

1. rescue a princess from a dragon! You get to keep the dragon's hoard, and there is a reward for her return!"
2. give me ten gold and I will return your investment a hundred fold within three moons!"
3. think about it really hard, and manifest your reality!"
4. uh.. wait.. uh... " the man fumbles in his robes for his notes, frantically.
5. follow me on a grand adventure to find the fabled treasure of Anakh-therum!"
6. check your pockets!" and indeed, Anordo checked his pockets and found them brimming with gold coins. What the hell?!
