Leandra strode over to the crystal figurine in the shape of a person with two arms, two legs, and many tentacles where the head should be. "I dare say," she continued with a smirk, "you will have answers shortly."

As she reached for the crystal, Belboz exclaimed loudly. "Alright! Fine, I will tell you anything you want to know."

"As i thought," purred Leandra. "Start talking."

"Well, you see," stammered Belboz, his mind working furiously, "we were sent here by a powerful wizard to see if your kingdom was ripe for invasion. If we don't return, the wizard who sent us will be furious. However, we would be happy to go back and say that you are much too powerful for us to oppose."

"Oh really," Leandra replied, "who would dare do this? What wizard sent you?"

"Oh, you want the name?" said Belboz, casting side glances at Astra, Exotica, and Josh. "Well, I would be happy to provide it..."

  1. "The dragon mage Minestus!" roared Belboz, with as much force as he could muster. Leandra looked shocked, she knew that name.
  2. "Bob the... Furious?" said Belboz, with less than full conviction.
  3. Belboz named another wizard
  4. Belboz muttered some name off the top of his head
  5. "Wait!" interrupted Josh. "You must not say her name!" This was intriguing to Leandra.
