Horsehockey V - Episode 1274

The group's collective good mood was short lived, and it evaporated once Billy Young decided that he was "owed" a new car after the one he and Robin had shared (and spent a lot of time griping at each other) had broken down on I-10 eastbound.

Sharon, Rick and Samantha all blew up at Billy, bawling him out for his attitude, and things got heated enough that several other people in adjacent hotel rooms were already contacting hotel management demanding that these loud and annoying miscreants be thrown out.

Robin wisely stayed out of the argument, and she began to nervously eye the door leading out to the hallway, while wondering if she could sneak out while everyone was arguing and go get some fresh air.

However, it was the sight of Jim frantically waving his arms in the air that distracted everyone, prompting them to all momentarily stop yelling. "Guys! Not now." he said. "And I just got a missed call from my sister Edith, if you don't mind."

  1. Jim goes off to return Edith's call.
  2. Billy apologizes. He and Rick start looking for the nearest place to offer car rentals.
  3. The hotel manager literally kicks in the door and tells everyone to get the hell out now.
  4. For some reason, everyone blows off Jim and resumes arguing with Billy.
  5. Unbeknownst to everyone, two locals have stolen the Tesla!
