Infinite Lazy River

Scott was already soaking wet, so he volunteered to test the seemingly infinite Lazy River. Well, more like punched three scientists, ducked a soldier's kick, pointlessly flung all the tubes into the water, leapt on the one in front and floated away.
Thirteen minutes later: The water had already sped up to twenty five miles an hour. Scott has passed a police station, the loading docks to a freshly built grocery store, three distinct libraries and two different basketball courts. Well, Scott had gone under them, to the confused cheers of the players.
The tunnels were lit only from the outside sun. Brick, clean, fresh, smelled like cinnamon. But creepy in context.
What was the next thing Scott passed?

  3. A dog park. A Dalmatian barked at him.
  4. Scott passed his parent's house.
  5. He passed the house of his high school crush, Evil McSqueezin's.
  6. Scott floated through an archaeological exhibit. Several employees were very confused.
  7. A sewage treatment plant! Oh no!
  8. NASA training room 12. An astronaut was practicing judo.
  9. A different Lazy River.
  10. Somehow Scott was four hundred feet above the streets of New York City. An office worker stared.
