Stacy Feels Better

Horsehockey V - Episode 1568

"I'm feeling a good deal better now," Stacy says. Her face is still caked with blood, as there is no way of removing it, but the cuts that caused it seem to be only superficial and have ceased bleeding.

"Do you think you can stand?" Exotica asks.

"I think so." Exotica and Astra help her to her feet.

"Who are those three crazy people?" Astra asks her, gesturing towards the three involved in the argument, which shows no sign of reaching a resolution. "You seemed to arrive with one of them and said that you knew him."

"Yes. The one in the black shirt and blue pants. He's called Edgar Hawkings. I met him in New York. I was in a bad way, and he was kind to me, but we were only together for a few hours before getting transported here. I don't know anything about the other two."

"If he was kind to you, perhaps we should weigh in on his side," Astra suggests. "I don't like the look of the tall blond man, and he may have attacked Belboz before they arrived here. The third man looks pretty dodgy too."

  1. They decide to weigh in.
  2. They decide it would be wiser to stay out of it, but they start paying more attention to what is being said.
  3. Before they can make their minds up, Edgar and Chamuel turn on and brutally murder Thessamar for not being able to keep his mouth shut. The women revise their opinion that Edgar was the good guy.
  4. Pushed too far, Thessamar places both Edgar and Chamuel under arrest.
  5. Follow Belboz as he staggers away from the scene, deep into the Australian outback.
  6. Yet another portal manifests, and who should step out but... (There must be a reason for all these portals leading to one spot, but what is it?)
